Terms and conditions

Welcome to Armony Agency. By hiring our services or using this website, you accept these terms. We wrote them in plain language because we believe transparency builds good relationships.

1. Scope of services

Armony Agency provides professional web design, branding, digital marketing and content management services for businesses and entrepreneurs. Each project is governed by these general terms and by the specific conditions detailed in its individual quote.

2. Quotes and acceptance

Every quote is valid for 30 calendar days from the date it is issued. Acceptance is formalized in writing (email or WhatsApp) together with payment of the corresponding deposit. We don't start work without both.

3. Payment terms

  • One-time services (web, branding): 50% upfront, 50% before final delivery.
  • Monthly services (digital management): billed in advance between the 1st and 5th of each month.
  • Accepted methods: local bank transfer in Panama, Stripe, PayPal and Yappy.
  • VAT or applicable taxes (where relevant) are always specified in the quote.

4. Timelines and deliverables

Every project includes a schedule. Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted if:

  • The client is late delivering required materials (copy, photos, access credentials).
  • Changes outside the original scope are requested.
  • There are force majeure events.

In those cases, we adjust the schedule in writing and keep the quality of the deliverable as our priority.

5. Revisions and iterations

Each service includes a specific number of revision rounds (detailed in the quote). Additional revisions are billed hourly at a preferred rate. "Revisions" means reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope, not complete redesigns or changes in strategic direction.

6. Intellectual property

Once the project has been paid in full, we transfer intellectual property of the final deliverables (logo, copy, source code, editable files, etc.) to the client. Armony Agency reserves the right to:

  • Show the work in its portfolio and on social media.
  • Mention the client as a success story (with metrics, if agreed).
  • Keep project files for internal use and backup.

If you'd prefer full confidentiality —NDA projects, stealth launches— just let us know during the discovery phase and we'll respect it at no extra cost.

7. Warranties and limitations

We guarantee the technical and creative quality of our work. We offer free support for bugs or errors on our side for 30 days after delivery. We do not guarantee specific traffic, sales or conversion results, as these also depend on factors outside the design (market, competition, client execution, ad budget, etc.).

8. Cancellations

  • Before work begins: 80% of the deposit is refunded (we retain 20% for administrative costs).
  • Once work has begun: deposits are non-refundable. All progress completed to date is delivered.
  • Monthly services: require 30 days' notice of cancellation. No penalty.

9. Confidentiality

All sensitive information shared during the project (business data, strategies, financial information) is treated confidentially. We're happy to sign specific NDAs if the client requires it.

10. Limitation of liability

Armony Agency's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the deliverable.

11. Dispute resolution

We believe in talking things through: any disagreement will first be addressed amicably. If no agreement is reached, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Panama, waiving any other venue that may apply to them.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version will always be published at /terms. Projects in progress are governed by the version accepted at the time they were contracted.
